...ok, that didn't work. How about supporting your favorite model(s) instead?

It's no big secret that I have very little respect for the prints system here on DA. With the way it's set up, it's almost like working for the RIAA, just less glamorous. I've had a handful of people ask me in the past about buying prints and whatnot, but because of the way DA handles it, unless you sell a print so that you make $0.10 cents off of it, it's so cost prohibitive that nobody wants to buy anything (which is totally understandable).

So, I just want to make it known that if there's a photo that you'd like a print of, if you contact me directly I can sell you a print for a lot less than what I could ever offer it on here for through DA's print system.

For example, a 16x20 inch print, WITH SHIPPING would only be $32.

The side effect is that not only do you pay less for the print, I get more of the profit, which means I CAN GIVE MORE TO THE MODELS.

Obviously I don't expect to make a living off of selling prints. Believe it or not, I'm not really doing this because I'm trying to get money for myself here. I'm doing it because I'm getting tired of models getting the shaft...

So if you won't do it for me, do it for the models.

Now, if you want to do something for ME....

This is going to sound totally off the wall and out of character. No, I didn't inhale too many sulphuric acid fumes from my boiling car battery. Hear me out.

There's a few guidelines to go along with what I'm about to say, but I'll get to that in a minute, but...

If anybody wants to redisplay my work (i.e. display it on their own page, use it as wallpaper on their system, etc), they're free to do so UNDER THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

1) THE PHOTOS ARE NOT STOCK. In other words, you cannot take the images and photoshop them into your own work, create a derivative work, call it your own work, or try to sell them.

2) WATERMARKS MUST BE KEPT IN PLACE AND NOT COVERED UP OR ALTERED. Self explanatory.

3) NO COMMERCIAL USE. In other words, if you're a business you cannot use my work to promote yourself. You also cannot take the photos and try to sell them on your own.

4) NO ADULT SITE USE. You're free to place them wherever you want, AS LONG AS IT'S NOT AN ADULT or questionable site.

5) NO PHOTOBUCKET. Photobucket resells prints of images, even if the poster doesn't consent to it. That's a no-no.

I scour the net looking for my images and I regularly find them in places I didn't expect. Since most people are doing it anyways, I figured I'd make it known what the guidelines are. As long as the guidelines are followed, it's kosher. This is mostly common sense, but if you're in doubt, ASK FIRST please.

If the guidelines aren't followed though... well... I'll put it this way. If I find a business or individual selling the images, photoshopping, or using them in a way that isn't kosher, they can expect a certified letter in their real mailbox from my real lawyer.
